The food at Kfc is as one would expect. My real issue is with management. While dining in there were four people who seemed to be in charge sitting in the dining area, talking loudly and badly about their employees who were training at the time. They complained that their staff did not want to work all while sitting for over 45 minutes and not helping with anything and griping about how they had to stay on top of their employees even shouting at the employees to not stand around. On top of that one woman who I believe was a manager griped so much at the cashier girl that the poor thing was nervous and shaken every time she couldn't hear our order or accidentally typed something incorrectly. One of the men in charge was blasting loudly a football game on his blue tooth speaker making it impossible for the cashier girl to really hear properly. He also played that loud noise in the dining area. Between him and the four other people who seemed to be in charge the noise was unbearable. My boyfriend and I could hardly talk to one another due to their rudeness. Very unprofessional and I hope their employees find some place better to work or better management is hired soon.
So for customer service with the cashier 10/10 I do hope that girl is alright after dealing with an awful manager.
Management gets a 0/10 for poor teaching skills, being lazy and being completely unprofessional.
Food gets a 8/10 it's exactly what you'd expect from a kfc and it's a great place to get...

Read moreActually, everything was OK until just recently when the general manager by the name of Jennifer told me that I could not get my order in all dark meat I had to get dark and light. I’ve been eating at KFC for so long, including this KFC and ordered whatever family meal I wanted in all dark.
