Food Lion — Local services in Fuquay-Varina

We love the proximity to where we live and do a lot of shopping here. Clean store with very clean restrooms. Staff is mostly friendly although twice I spoke to a female front manager and was met with a bad attitude and a scowl. All I wanted to know was how to request a new item. Be friendly, I’m your good customer! The produce here is good except they pour too much water on the lettuces. They drench it and that actually shortens the life. We mentioned it twice to no avail. Good GF options. Easy to navigate the store. A little better customer service would be appreciated though. Recently the store was full of managers walking around, but I didn’t see one of them talking to the customers. They were only interested in talking to themselves. This Food Lion is a life saver! It's pretty much always stocked with what I want, and sometimes I end up with too many options! They have pretty much every cereal I could ever imagine, and they have a VERY large and we'll thought out cultural section. As a person who enjoys trying foods and drinks from other countries, I love being able to try out the various food and drink items that they stock.
