Follow up: When I went to visit the folks at Appliance Parts of Gadsden I had diagnosed an issue with my refrigerator utilizing Google and You Tube and went to purchase the part that I figured had gone out. The owner, told me that he felt like, based on his training and experience, the part I was requesting ($150) was probably not the issue I described and that before I put that much money into a 6 year old appliance I should first replace a different part ($20). I followed his advise and now, a month later, the refrigerator is still working like a champ.
