I happened to be attending classes at Gadsden Public Library and had the opportunity to have lunch at the Beautiful Rainbow Cafe. This was a very delicious surprise! The menu is comprised of fresh, gourmet dishes - not your ordinary fare. My roasted vegetable quesadilla was very tasty - and a large serving. The Mama Mocha French press coffee was delicious and unique in that I have never seen a French press that large. Others at my table commented on the delicious quiche and the Nut Tart, which I think had 5 different nuts in it. I highly recommend the Cafe and commend all the Chefs on their hard work!

The cafe operates in the back of the Gadsden Public Library. Everything is fresh and the vegetables they raise. The menu is a combination of comfort food and unique recipes all created by the owner.
The cafe is a vocational training site for the Gadsden city school system to help train young adults with significant cognitive abilities to succeed in the workforce.
