Clock Tower Center — Local services in Gaines Charter Township

Was not the least impressed with the service we received at this Verizon store in Clock Tower Plaza on Kalamazoo Street. We came in looking for assistance with a problem on my husband's phone. The representative was disinterested from the start. He changed out my husband's Sim card, which did not resolve the issue, and said that was all he could do. Sent us to UBREAKIFIX where the representative there said that it was a setting issue Verizon should have fixed. Luckily he agreed to assist us and resolved the problem. Will go elsewhere for help with any problems with our phones...

Great area for many needs. Family fare is the hub of the center, though a little overly priced than other grocery stores, makes for a quick trip with short lines.
