I want to start off by saying my wife is a general manager for a massive coffee chain coming upon 9 years. So i know alot about coffee and shop standards. I went to this location to try something new, it was on a 10-27-24, sunday @ 8:00 AM. Looking forward to a nice, hot, refreshing, cup of coffee. Its how i start my day like everyone else! I walked in and was greeted by a silent shop, no background music which felt really off. And upon walking up to the counter, the ground was as littered with leaves, trash and other things. Meaning the night shift crew did not by any means clean up for the next days shift. It was 8 am so they pretty much just opened theres no possible way the trash and stuff was from the day i went. And it seemed like the girls would rather gossip with eachother, than clean the super dirty floor. AND THEN i finally get my coffee and it was barely warm!! Not hot, not warm, but room temperature. Needless to say i was sad and disappointed. Because i had never had Biggby & ive heard only great things about them. If i could speak with the leader of that store i would say, they need a LEADER! On each shift…. Someone who is never going to settle for the bare minimum. It just seemed like a not so go getting type of crew. I hate to leave a not so good review, and i understand not everything is going to be how i like it, but this was a wierd way to start my day. and i wish the best...
Read moreWow, I am at a lose for words with this specific BIGGBY and the extraordinary employees and their unbelievable act of kindness and help our family received from them today! Words can’t express how grateful and thankful we are to have chose to pull into this specific BIGGBY today and lucky for us they have the most AMAZING employees in the entire world as far as We are concerned , our truck had died in the drive thru after ordering our coffees and both our phones were dead and turned off anyway so basically useless and we have literally nobody to call for help anyway so decided to go into BIGGBY and ask anyone we could for a jump and before the words left my mouth an employee was literally running out to get his car and help us. It wouldn’t start at all, so he helped push our car out of the drive thru and immediately got his tools and got under the hood. After a half an hr in the wind and cold we figured it out. Now as all of this was going on the girls inside that made our coffees refused for us to pay and have our drinks to us for free! They proved to us that good people still exist and deserve recognition for their kindness! They deserve raises! Thank you for helping us in a...
Read moreFor my son's 16th birthday, my wife took him to Biggby by his high school before dropping him off. She sat at the drive-thru for several minutes repeatedly saying "Hello...?" with no response. Trying to remain positive she pulled up to the window thinking there may be an issue with the speaker not working. The clerk at the window (possibly Hispanic, 25-30 years, dark hair, dark eyes, glasses, average build) refused to take orders at the window. My wife, who was a manager at a fast food restaurant, said she understood not taking a walk-up window order for safety but that she was here now and could she take our son's order for his special occasion. She told my wife that she couldn't sit at the window and wait for her order, that she would have to pull all the way around and back into the drive-thru line, by this time there were three other cars in line. Since she was trying to get him to school on time, she told the clerk "Nevermind." and went to the Biggby on 54th and Division. They welcomed my wife, filled my son's order and they were in and out in ten minutes. They even wished my son a Happy Birthday! Avoid the 60th...
