I feel like I need to get a refund on my entire order as…..order #19088688, Kentwood.
First, I ordered the turkey avocado with ham, etc. Unfortunately, you were out of avocado. I did not know this, I ordered online. The girl did say she tried to call me, but I never got a phone call (not to doubt that she did, but I didn’t receive a call), so when I arrived at the restaurant, I had to wait for my order to get made I drive 5 miles to get there 5 miles to get back.
Second…. I get ready to eat my sandwich (I ordered a turkey with corn beef, etc. regular size for my boyfriend and then again my sandwich), they made both sandwiches wrong. They made my sandwich what his was to be and vice versus. I had to drive 5 miles back to wait another 10 minutes for my order then 5 miles back. By the time I got back to the house my boyfriend had to leave to go to work so he did not get to eat his sandwich. And to top it off, my boyfriend does not eat pork of any kind whatsoever!!! I sent this is an email and never received a response!
Tried again! I again ordered the turkey AVACADO; I did not get any avocado. Very disappointed as the sandwiches can be tasty...
Read moreAlthough the subs were good, I do not recommend this restaurant due to its poor customer service. The owner would be wise to spend time training staff on how to interact with customers and work efficiently. I placed an online ordered before the store opened with a mid-afternoon pick up time. Even though I was 15 minutes late, the order was not close to being ready. When I asked why my order was not ready, the employee wined about how busy they were and that someone had just placed a large order. Hmmm. I had the courtesy of placing my order well in advance, so that should have been a priority. If the customer that pops in and places an order is a priority of someone who use the app, why have an app? There were only a few customers in the store. Not sure how the staff was so overwhelmed. When customers did come in they were actually turned away as they were "too busy" with other orders. Seriously, ever walk into the some of the competitors of Penn Station? They are well-oiled machines that can handle a crowd. Too many other choices when it comes to sandwich shops. Skip this place entirely. You will be...
Read moreHaving recently seen commercials for this establishment with incredible looking food I decided to try two of their small subs. I ordered extra meat for both and it's a good thing I did did as both $8 sandwiches, even with the $2.20 extra meat charges were very light on the meat. If they actually added extra meat then the $8 base sandwich would likely be pretty devoid of it.
First sandwich was their Turkey Bacon Ranch with 'thick cut smoked bacon'. The two small limp undercooked pieces of bacon were not thick cut at all, plus they forgot the ranch dressing. Major disappointment.
Second sandwich was their Cheesesteak which was as good as the Turkey Bacon Ranch was bad, great crunchy exterior to the bread, plus the steak and onions were grilled to perfection. Only issue with this was the aforementioned lack of meat, particularly for something one paid an extra charge for extra meat on.
Based on my experience today I don't know if I would patronize this...
