I normally love this place. Great food at a good price, but today for my birthday lunch 7/19/17 at 12pm we ate here. The mashed potatoes had way too much white pepper, so I asked the Chef to try them with me. He grabbed the lil sample I had put a fresh scoup of off the line and walked away. Didn't even try it.. So I asked my waitress for the Manager she says to me "We don't have one" so I asked one of our regular waiters to get the owner. And guess what he was there, she didn't even check. While waiting for the owner the waitress started heading back to the table, I told one of our normal waiters I don't want her to even come back to the table, her overhearing and still being rude said " I won't come back to your table and by the way, I wasn't being rude, but I can be".... At this point my wife says yeah you need to get the owner now and the waitress said " No you need to shut up! " How do you treat customer like that? And as the owner, how do you allow it. Nothing became of it! He comped our meal after telling him I don't care about the free meal. His waitress was the thing that turned this into an issue. I normally come here twice per week. I will never step foot in this place again as long as this waitress works here. It's a shame because we really enjoyed the food most times. The owner was friendly and did his best to calm my wife and I down, however I will not bring my business to a company that keeps someone like her on their wait staff. She fell behind register area and has been permanently injured. Aaron, mgr, came in one day a few weeks ago and terminated her for the injury even tho she had a doctors note. Then told her goodwill will not be responsible for any medical. Then they stole her last paycheck saying mgt on vacation in Washington and nothing could b done. She worked 5 months with a fractured hip and now she cant do therapy due to her insurance being cancelled. We have an attorney and every conversation and text has been recorded. . I will tell all of my established customers never to do business...
Ā Ā Ā Read more(September 30th, 2023) Cashier and employee behind counter was arguing with each other about something as I walked in, then found 3 boxes of diapers so another lady helped with that (her kindness is the 2 star) but as I go to pay... the same cashier didnāt talk to me or look at me... then as another employee walked up behind her, she didnāt want to but she said sign here thanks... still no eye contact or a smile... I said to them... a smile would have been nice as I spend over $70 dollar... you need to be a little nicer and make eye contact with your customers... maāam youāre very rude... they laugh at me like...
