This was our 2nd time coming into Fuku a few weeks ago for spring break with our kids and it was such a fun and amazing experience! Our waitress was so sweet and she helped us with everything we needed! She even refilled our glass without us having to ask. She really went above and beyond! My favorite thing is how fancy and amazing the food is! And the food presentation is spectacular too!
The waitress had our food decorated for us with little flamingos and umbrellas! It was super cute! I thought that was so sweet and thoughtful of her! And it was so fun for the kids and for spring break too! The atmosphere at Fuku it so pretty and fun too! I love taking selfies with my kids at their pink cherry blossom tree!
This place is definitely somewhere you want to come for birthdays and any special events or celebrations! We had a very fun and special time! And of course the food is delicious! My favorite thing on the menu is any and all of their sushi’s! I got a gigantic sushi plate that I will post pictures for you guys to see! You can’t go wrong with any of their sushi’s!
Their boba teas are all super tasty too! I got the Thai boba and it was amazing! Our waitress also brought super cute balloons to the kids as we were leaving! She really made our family dinner a very fun and special...
Read moreOrdered the sashimi salad, crab rangoons, takoyaki, and dumplings. The sashimi itself was ok nothing special, but the salad part was just a hunk of some lettuce, wad of seaweed salad, and old carrots at the bottom with soy sauce. Also the thinnest slices of tuna I’ve ever had. The crab rangoons were VERY sweet, almost no crab? The flecks that were there made it better, but they were still not great. Dumplings were fine in flavor..Not the worst, but they had clearly been on some sort of low warming light because they were barely lukewarm when we got them. The worst was the takoyaki. Again the flavor was okay, but the way it was made was terrible. Probably also ready made and warmed, but the insides were completely batter texture and liquidy. The waitress claimed that they’re “just like that” and when we wanted to take them back she said we just “didn’t like them” so she charged us for it anyway lol. Isn’t that how taking back food works? You don’t like it and get comped ESPECIALLY if it has to do with an issue of the way it’s been cooked? Atmosphere was listening to early 2000s pop in a group of dingy, small tables. Overall this place sucks.. no clue why it’s almost 4.5 stars LOL. Never...
Read moreMy husband and I enjoyed lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted promptly and warmly at the door and seated immediately. Jessica, our waitress, welcomed us with a smile as she took our drink orders and served us broth soup, which was very tasty. She was friendly, responsive, and very likable. At Jessica’s advice, we ordered the Ichabod roll, and the flavor of the roll did not disappoint! We both ordered the filet mignon, medium rare, hibachi dinner with fried rice for our meal. The steak was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The veggies weren’t as cooked as we prefer, but they had great flavor. Our only real disappointment was the fried rice. It was sticky, somewhat bland, and reminded us more of brown steamed rice than other fried rice that we’ve had at other Japanese restaurants. However, the rest of the food and overall experience was so satisfying and tasteful that the bland fried rice won’t stop us from going back. One more thing is that if you are expecting the food to be prepared in front of you, you will be disappointed as it is prepared in the kitchen and served to you. We knew that ahead of time and were fine with that. We are already looking forward...
