I haven’t been mistreated the way this lady mistreated my dad and, I when went in this lady looked at us like we shouldn’t belong there and when we came to check out she stated almost yelling at my father I’m still with another customer slamming our things in the buggy which we didn’t knew she was with another customer because she went and got a soda from the fridge across the store, I told her she shouldn’t be rude to us she replied well I’m not being rude which ,I said do you have a manager she replied rudely and a laughing attitude we don’t have a manager here ,I said well what’s the owners name she said Matt I said thanks and what’s your name she said Kathy which and then she changed her behavior . If y’all are gonna give your business here please don’t go to her so she can miss treat your father or your mom please I’m glad I was with my elderly father at this time I won’t condone this kinda behavior she lacks from customer service and ,I always contribute with local businesses but, I think the bad apples on this businesses are corrupting what...

I asked my husband to swing by and pick up cream cheese a cake mix after work. When I got in the middle of baking, I realized the cream cheese was TWO months out of date… My husband called to let them know about it because our guess was the whole cream cheese rack was full of the same severely out of date cream cheese. The lady was extremely defensive. Rudely stated if you don’t have a receipt you won’t get a refund. (I had already taken the trash out where we put the receipt not thinking anything about it.) He asked if they could look up the debit card he used to purchase, heck take a look at the cameras.. other ways of verifying legitimacy. Pretty much said he is SOL. Great Store to visit, pick up almost anything you could find in a large chain market, less all the space. This is a small town market now incorporated into a growing area in Gainesville TX Friendly staff, quick checkout, no long lines like at Walmart, fresh produce, great meat selection, prices are good as well. You can pass this place by and not even know it but once you do find it and go inside and meet the people and talk to everyone do your shopping it's a real Pleasant environment I would recommend going there if you're not in a rush to buy a bunch of groceries and look through a clothing section because they don't have one.
