Where do I begin, other than YASHIR AND HIS TEAM ARE FANTASTIC!!! Yashir has been working with me for months, to find the perfect items to fit my home. I am still finalizing on some more items but felt this review was well deserved for all they have done for me so far! Yashir helped me find the perfect dining room table and chairs, living room couch and loveseat, and den sectional couch. Yashir went above and beyond for me. He would get measurements of items to see if it would fit in my home, he would FaceTime with me to see if the items would fit and look at my space to give me his expert/honest opinion. He is ALWAYS responsive and reliable! I can be difficult to please sometimes and he has the patience of a Saint! His team (Kush and Oscar) truly have patience as well. Kush would search hours for items that fit my descriptive needs and send me pictures. Oscar is extremely careful when delivering the items and ensures all items are built to perfection. I just fell upon this furniture store and will never go anywhere else. Yashir is honest, professional, humble, kind, and willing to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. He considers your budget and will be attentive to getting quality items within your budget. He is adept to each furniture item (quality, comfort, material, etc.) and the vendors or manufacturers he is getting the items from. He knows which are quality and can speak to that. I am more than satisfied!!! I mean look at the reviews, he treats each customer as family and/or a friend! I loved that Mr Qureishi spent the time to understand what we wanted and helped us work thru the available display items and the many catalogs to find exactly what we were looking for. Prices are very competitive to others and probably better. The delivery crew were very professional, arrived on time and assembled the dining table and chairs and buffet with great care. Stopping in Bobby Furniture was just a random pass by to look and see what they had. A small store so we were skeptical on if we would find anything. My did we ! As soon as we walked in Yasir customer service was outstanding. He was more than helpful and approachable. He helped me and my husband out greatly with suggestions etc. We left with the purchase of a sleeper black sectional! Absolutely love it. Delivery was seamless with couch being put together and trash removed ! We love the effortless purchase, delivery & CUSTOMER SERVICE!
