Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Gaithersburg

My mother-in-law got a big box from this particular location two weeks ago. Unfortunately the food made her sick! She actually went to the same store just a couple of days ago to inform them that she got sick from their food. There is this somewhat short and young Hispanic woman that works there. Her hair is usually pulled back in a ponytail and she stands at about 5 feet tall. She usually is there at the store and let me tell you she has a very nasty and funky attitude! She always acts as if she is being bothered. She says to my mother-in-law that there was no way their food made her sick as she surely has the wrong location. My mother-in-law stormed out of the restaurant and actually drove back to our home which is honestly right around the corner from these guys, came back and showed this woman her receipt. She had this employee in a bold faced lie and how does the employee respond? By offering her free food! My mother-in-law told her she doesn’t want any free food, especially after it made her extremely sick. She ended the conversation by telling her that she had been a long time patron of this store and that she was done after that day and never coming back. I don’t blame her! The inside of this place looks pretty raggedy and dirty. I personally have gone to this Pizza Hut multiple times when doing deliveries for DoorDash or Uber eats and I can confirm that this woman has a funky, anti-social attitude and needs better training with her communication skills and interactions. I also ended up getting sick from that food as well as my wife, all from the same order. So we all definitely will not be eating at this place again and as a delivery driver, I refuse to deliver food from this particular establishment to customers, knowing that the food is making them sick. This particular Pizza Hut needs to do better! Y’all been...

i have high cholesterol so enjoying a well made pizza has become a challenging and self-imposed uncommon occurence. which is why this time, with a pizza from the 299 muddy branch store has become such a dissappointing experience. i open the box at pickup and half the pizza is naked of cheese-just barren, like the beige sandy dunes of the great sahara...i SEE the dough! even if the cheese is missing, I SHOULD NOT SPY THE DOUGH, for on a pizza also belongs SAUCE! a suggestively imploring comment of "a little light on the cheese here..." was met with a dismissive and glib, "they're all that way". here is where i want make my emphasis if any of my earlier ramblings have left you less than moved, and draw the proverbial line in the sand - she said, "they're all that way". "THEY'RE ALL THAT WAY"!!! how dissappointing, especially, as i mentioned that this was the line in the sand, yet i still meekly paid and took my baked pepperoni bread home to eat, as my triglicerides i'm sure are off.

UPDATE: i submitted a review on pizza hut website and i think they forwarded it to the owner or manager who contacted me and provided a $20 credit at this location. i redeemed it and it was a better pizza...so i...

We ordered in online and went here for the pick up . My all time favourite is always Pizza Hut .today we bought Pepperoni pizza , veggie lovers pizza , cheese pizza and chinnamon sticks .the pizza was topped with pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and black olives. The pepperoni had a slightly spicy kick, adding a burst of flavor to every mouthful. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, providing a nice contrast to the richness of the cheese and pepperoni. Each ingredient complemented each other, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavors. Chinnamon stick is a must try mild dessert here . All was good except the last airing time over the place , after I received a message my order got ready they made us to wait for more thaan 15minutes . Other than this everything is well and good .
