Horrid customer services!!!!! Old asian man told me to leave i showed up at 5 asked him if he could help he asked me what it was i started to explain and then before i coild get into detail he said oh nono no then waved his and telling me to go nonono leave were exact words. That is to start on top of usps i was supposed to get a over night package i ordered it on friday was supposed to be there satuday never showed. I called the 1800 number for usps took 2 hours to get i contact the lady said she had to transfer me to a tracking specialist ...it forwarded to money orders... then hung up on me....i then had to call back wait another 2 hours they then said something in the address had an error wich it did not it was issued my the dmv..... then they said they would re deliver by sunday......waited then a no show i looked up tracking info and it said it was in transit on re delivery on monday the 9th...waitied of course yet again no delivery so then on tuesday i went to the office near the pike and they laughed about the whole mess and sai we dont deliver packages on sunday and we domt have tracking specialist. What kind of buisness is this? So many flaws in this company what a horrible company! Bet no managment sees this post and even if they did they dont...

Had a package that couldnāt be delivered so it was held at this post office. Went multiple times for the same excuse āthe mail guy probably took it and tried again. They never know with certainty where your package is. They ācheckā the back for a minute or two just to tell you they donāt know where it is.
But my one star experience comes from one of their workers named āSungā very rude Asian lady with a huge temper. She treats you like a dog of some sort, raise her fingers and her voice when you try to talk. She ignores what you say and itās her way or the highway. You have to contact district manager to get some sort of help. I just want my package, and never to go there again.
If you have your package being held here, donāt bother coming. Itās better to call customer service and get...

I made a small mistake on my addressing that should have been easily caught when I handed them my package in person, had the counter person look at it, charge me for the shipping, and accept it without a problem. When my package was returned to my house, and I came back to I explained the issue, the reply was 'we aren't required to check the packages we receive' with an indifferent and patronizing attitude. Of course I had to pay to have it shipped again. Robots would do a better job, if they aren't going to bother with things like exercising basic human judgment or helpful customer service. Why do they even need people, instead of just having us label, scan, and drop packages off ourselves...
