Completely underwhelming experience. Saying the service was poor is a huge understatement. If you are looking for prompt service, this isn't the place to go. As soon as I got there I started having second thoughts about this place. The front desk is right by the bathrooms and it didn't smell too good. Im not talking about someone using the bathroom, I'm talking about the smell of a bathroom that hasn't been properly cleaned in a while. The smell was obviously old and mildewy and it this was through the doors. Makes u wonder how sanitary this place is. Anyway, we went to the bar, figuring it would be faster, lmao! It was not. Well, maybe compared to their regular tables, but it wasn't fast or even a moderate wait. We watched the TV for 10 mins waiting for someone to help us. While we were waiting, a customer came from one of the tables and said his table had been unattended for 45 minutes. He said that's the amount of time that had lapsed since he last saw his server. He was pretty upset and rightfully so. He was yelling behind the bar for someone to come and help him because at this point he said he just wanted to pay his table and leave. Someone finally came out and spoke with him and that's when we asked if somebody could help us. We should have learned from that guy's experience, but we stayed anyway. Someone did come out eventually, but it wasn't right away. Even after we were helped, it took a long time to just to get a drink, even longer for an appetizer. It was the same everytime we wanted another drink or app. We had to to hunt down the bartender just to order another item. I'm used to good service where I'm asked before my glass is even empty. When I got there I was going to to order dinner but good knows how long that would've taken. I can honestly say that I have never had to wait as long as I did here , especially without so much as an explanation. I've been to busy restaurants and bars plenty of times and gotten prompt and courteous service or at least an acknowledgement and confirmation that we had been noticed. That was the most frustrating part of this visit, the fact that we were basically ignored and the place wasn't busy at all. If it was busy I could understand somewhat, but it was a slow weeknight and some of the servers were actually hanging out and laughing it up while people were waiting. I got some nachos and the chips were actually good but the cheese wasn't so much. It seemed like someone got a can of cheese whiz and put it on my nachos. One more thing, that I was reminded of after hearing one of the other negative reviews - there were quite a few tables that were piled up with food and trash and they weren't cleared from the time we arrived to the time we left. And remember, there were people standing around, smh. I have been to some of their other locations and had great service, so this isn't a smear on the entire chain. I will say that I never plan on going back to this one and I'm going to make sure to warn my family and friends as well. One star is too high a rating, but that's the lowest...

Last night (a Wednesday night, moderate number of customers) at around 8pm, 3 of my buddies and I went in to start grabbing something to eat while waiting for our wives and kids to join us but, at that moment, were across at Shadow Land waiting for their schedule. It started out just fine where the server brought us to our table (out side) and took our orders. He did not introduce himself, but that's fine, maybe he forgot or just new to the job. We ordered soda drinks and ask to give us a minute to look at the menu. After a couple of minutes, another server came to bring us our drinks. One of my buddies jokingly said, "I want my straw" because they forgot to provide straws for the drinks. Again, that was fine.
We waited about 15 more minutes and our server never came back for our orders, so we ask the server the served the other table next to us, if she can inform our server that we are ready to order. She was nice and said she will inform him. Another 10 more minutes and we ask another server on a different table that we were ready to order. Again, this other server, said she'll let our server know. We waited another 5 more minutes and we just gave up. We went in to pay and leave, and the guy on the register, asked us who our server was, but guess what, we don't know, he never introduced himself. He said we can only pay through our server in spite of the fact we told him where our table was. Finally, our server showed up and explained he was helping someone. Yeah, right!
So my buddies along with our families ended up somewhere else for our dinner with a few other families from our kids' swim team who were also at Shadow Land. And yes, we told them what happened and warned them about BWW's...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat we received that was meant to pass as our dinner from Buffalo wild wings is nothing short of concerning. These two stars are for the carrots and celery and for the fried pickles. The remainder of the meal left much to be desired and my family extremely hungry. We ordered two sets of the traditional wings in a 10 count, the fried pickles, a six piece boneless wing, and a kids meal with boneless wings with mandarin oranges and lemonade. All boneless wings were supposed to come with sauce on the side, and one set of traditional wings was also set to come with sauce on the side.
The sauce on the side didnāt happen, so we ended up receiving extremely dry, brittle and unflavored chicken with no seasoning whatsoever, not even salt or pepper. The worst part is the sauce that was supposed to come with at least one set of the traditional wings, which was jerk, and mango habanero, didnāt come with the wings. Unfortunately, and annoyingly, we were out of barbecue sauce, so we got creative and made a sauce out of a blackened rub, honey, wine, oil, and ketchup.
Special attention needs to be paid to the fries. We are confident that these fries were made and left to sit for at least three hours as they were completely unfresh, and not tasty in the least. The most maddening part is that we spent $80 on this meal. Eighty dollars that weāre not going to get back in this economy and still had to supplement at home because of the inedible nature of much of the meal is absolutely maddening. I know thereās not many BW3ās remaining, but if you donāt turn around the current state of this one, theyāll be one less in the area for sure. Do...
