My first time in this store, Vicki was working in the store alone and dealing with another customer. After I was in the store for about 1 minute, she asked me what I was needing and said she be with me soon. As I waited, I heard her dealing with her customer, and she was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. When it was my turn I was met by a very polite and direct salutation and we got straight to the business I required. A man came in who had some questions she handled very politely and directly, but she soon told him that if he had more questions, he needed to wait because I was before him. She was quite effective with all of us and very thorough as well. And this was 30 minutes before closing time. I thought she was absolutely WONDERFUL! I live in Dubuque Iowa and drive to Galena just to go to the US cellular store. I have had better customer service and great people that work there. If all stores Had the same customer service as the Galena US cellular store There would be a lot more happy people in the world.
