Awful!!!! I have been there many times in the past and had a great experience. Recently, Thursday afternoon, we went there to buy a Birthday gift for my father. We wanted it personalized with grandpa. The lady working was so rude to us!!! Then told us she was busy and it would take at least 45 minutes. There was no one else in the store. Needless to say we did not buy the gift and will never go back!! What a waste of time, it took us 45 minutes to get there. Rude!! Have told this...
