I had a good shopping experience this lady was super helpful she was so nice and helpful. She was awesome, she said she was new. As i was checking out, this older lady with orange colored hair who was acting like that lady's boss (she was just a cashier) she was watching that poor lady like a damn hawk!! Im sure that lady was nervous and she messed up and that lady jumps in and embarrassed her. She corrected herself and that older navajo lady rolled her eyes at her, wow, rude!! If I didn't witness that I would've given 5 stars, but to see an employee mean and rude to someone whose doing a good job is just sickening to see! No one is perfect we all learn, apparently this lady is a big know it all (as if)! I just wanna give a shout out to “Loretta” she answered the phone and was so helpful by offering to help my 17 yr old son with his first purchase of Pendelton blankets and his first experience shopping on his own “without his mama”. I’m currently working in Tennessee and my son caught a ride with his friend to Gallup a 2.5 hr drive from Holbrook, Loretta and staff gave my son excellent customer service. Thank you for helping him shop for his graduation items. I feel bad enough not being there for him but Loretta was kind enough to say “Ill help him give him my name” thanks again. Love...
