This guy Noah is beyond amazing. His custom service is phenomenal. We needed to put a deposit down and I couldn't at the time. I had to put money on my card, but didn't have a vehicle. Noah called me back two hours later after continuing to try and get me a better deal WITHOUT me knowing and he did. He got it to be no deposit on his own. Calls me back right away and tells me. This man deserves a pay raise, employee of the month, something. I'm originally from the city and just moved here to Gallup two days ago. EVIL LIVES HERE... After the wasted time and effort I asked THE OWNER for a REFUND AND HE MOCKED JESUS " SAYING I BETTER BRING JESUS TO GET A REFUND" in front of My 13 yr old son! Threw the modem at ME AND MY SON!! I've been robbed.. I Paid upfront for a prepaid device almost 13 days ago and Still no service!! blame game on faulty equipment and personal. Not an authorized Xfinity dealer, just a guy tryna scam people out for their $ and it was Noah that said Xfinty ONLY has prepaid devices and was Noah that stood by and watched all this go down. Continued... So I'm from New Mexico. And someone finally got in contact with me after waiting 3 weeks of waiting for a reply and me writing a review. And the call was from Delaware. They checked into my request and was told me I couldn't get any service where I lived because I lived more than 90 ft from their service area. BUT if I'm willing to help pay a partial payment of 29,000.00. to set up service to my residence. The way I see it their supposed to service me not the other way around. THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!!??
