So. Many. Sticker burrs. My husband, me and our 3 dogs stopped here during our cross-country move to Phoenix. We were surprised to see that it was empty when we pulled up (2:00 on a BEAUTIFUL Saturday afternoon). It was a great park in theory, even with the lack of grass (understandable for the area). Huge and spacious, with lots of room to run around for my dog. Small and large sections, always appreciated. Only used as a stopover during a long drive, but cannot be more thrilled that I did. Highly recommend if you are a local or a visitor to the area with a dog.
It was a well used park, clearly very popular with the locals, but justifiably so. There were lots of gazebos with sitting area.
Forgot to look for water, so bring yours just in case as it may not...
