I had a mani pedi done at this location. The lady that worked on me for my pedicure and part of my manicure, yes part, seemed fairly rushed. I know me and my cousins were walk inside but if ypu don't have the time then just say so. I would rather wait or co.e back then get a poorly done manicure and pedicure. She didn't paint my toes or my nails the way I asked and when I asked for a design she handed me a decal book to look at when I was only able to use one hand to do so. Obviously that didn't work. She was rushing and seemed very impatient when she was going through the process of painting my nails. It takes a bit longer when you choose glitter but she certainly rushed through making noises and standing up at one poi t to work on me. She then passed me off to someone else and went to work on someone that just came in. When the other lady took over and she asked about the decal book I told her I asked for a design. She put the decal book away and asked me what I would like and even offered some suggestions. I only had her for a short time at the end of the process but she was very nice. Now, I was not going to write a review or say anything because over all, though it was not entirely what I wanted it did not look bad( just not as desired )and I know people have bad days. Today, 5 days after I got my GEL nails done, some more than others but the majority of my nails feel rough like I am feeling the glitter and multiple nails are looking dull. This is NOT supposed to happen with GEL nails. I get gel because it is harder to come off. I spent alot of money and a semi pleasant time at this salon and the results did not last 5 days. Also, I say semi pleasant time because during the time when I was sitting next to my cousin we were able to catch up and enjoy each other's company. I want a proper resolution to this. Even if you are having a bad day, and even if you are rushing service the work should still be properly completed. I let the issues go as I said because when I walked out of the door my nails looked nice, but I would have never spent that money had I known they wouldn't even last 5 days!!!!!!! Read moreVery disappointed, not only did we wait 2.5 hours but the technicians were rude, a bit rough and rushing through making mistakes. I got an overlay, and my friend and her daughter got a plain acrylic set. None of us got designs or upgraded products and I had discussed the price beforehand. When they gave me the total it was almost $50 dollars more than discussed and listed. All of our nails look very rushed, a bit crooked, uneven and lumpy. The technician that did my friends nails and mine was moving around, popping his jaw, farting and yelling at us the entire time, not sure what his issue was but it was very unprofessional. My friend and her daughter were having a bad week and we tried to do something nice. Its unfortunate the experience was so offputting because I've been coming here a while. They seem to charge different prices each time I go now and the older gentlemen in charge has made the last 2 visits quite horrible. Read moreI had a horrible experience. I was helped by the guy, I did not get his name. I was a walk in for a full set. I was almost immediately sat down but I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes. Then the guy came over and he was going to help me. Through the service he just seemed like he did not want to help me and it was in inconvenience to do my nails. He kept rushing through it and would shove my hand away after he was done with it. He kept pulling my fingers and trying to bend them. He cut me in 3 fingers and the French tip I requested was really badly done. I asked him for fix 2 nails and he almost yelling at me said he's not done and will get to it. (He had already filed them) I just kept quiet after that and just wanted to be done with the appointment. I got up and paid the $50 which is insane for the service and quality I received.
