If I could give zero stars, I would.
I ordered three dinner bento boxes: one with chicken teriyaki and tempura, one with salmon and California rolls, and the last with salmon and chicken katsu. Unfortunately, every single item was a disappointment.
Let’s start with the California rolls—they were mostly avocado and a tiny flake of imitation crab. In fact, all the sushi we received included that same questionable flake, which was not what we expected.
The salmon was the worst part—it was dry, hard, and completely overcooked. It was inedible.
We called the restaurant to express our concerns and request a refund. We even offered to bring the food back. The woman on the phone kept repeating there was nothing she could do, but said she would call us back in 15 minutes. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed they were too busy. I said I would come down in person to return the food, and she abruptly hung up.
Over 30 minutes later (well past the 15-minute call back window), my boyfriend tried calling. She repeated the same things to him—offering to remake the food—but by that point, we were frustrated and no longer interested. The food was terrible, and their customer service was even worse.
All in all, we spent $70 on food that went straight in the trash. Do yourself a favor—skip this place. Dry salmon, sad sushi, and horrible service....

Lived in LA then Bay Area as well as Fairfield and Vacaville and work Sacramento so have had some sushi experience. You won’t be disappointed is my feeling and well I can stop on the way home but we like this place and the quality of food and service. Fresh / Flavor/ Consistently / Quality / Service / Value makes this a favorite with us!!!! Don’t look for mind blowing this is a local family style place and if you want a good meal with all I mentioned you will love it...

When I tried to dispute it, they refused to talk with me and my Credit Card Company to reverse the charge. Too Bad really. I liked this place, but will not be going back. I know many people in our small town that have been affected by this.
