We ordered a few items including cinnamon twists and the woman who took our order was a bit rude. Once we got home we realized we didn't get any cinnamon twists which isn't a big deal but since we paid for them we went back and explained what happened and asked if it would be possible if we could get the cinnamon twists. The woman told us their registers had been down for a few minutes and implied we were lying because we couldn't have ordered since the registers were down but ended up reluctantly agreeing to give us the cinnamon twists. So we get back I open the bag and the cinnamon twists are in there but there is no cinnamon sugar on them. Normally I wouldn't care but because she was so rude it seemed intentional and I understand that she may have thought we were lying but regardless I don't think she should have been so rude and petty about it. Generally the employees are so kind there but that experience was very offputting and that worker seemed like the kind of person who would spit in your drink so I don't feel too comfortable going to this location again. I'd just reccomend going to a different location even if it's a couple minutes out of your way. An update: we called the manager and she was incredibly rude and told us it was impossible there was no cinnamon sugar on the twists well there was none and if you look under their photos I posted a...
Read moreThe workers here refuse to serve breakfast after 10:40am and honestly half the time the food is burnt or not made to order anyways; even when it's burnt it still somehow gets served cold. Otherwise, I always find different portions are always served in the food; aggressively filled with rice and little beans; substituting nacho cheese for shredded without asked. They lack quality and consistency in their work ethic here, so be ready for disappointment.
If you happen to order breakfast and arrive before 11, and they are no longer serving breakfast; they will not assist you or refund you or anything, but curtly suggest you take it up with 1 800 taco bell.
I assure you I will make the drive to taco bell on c st if I ever want to eat here again; I suggest you do the same. The only thing this place is really here for is the pre-teenagers local hangout spot.
Update: we called 1 800 taco bell to confirm; it's a line that simply says "welcome to taco bell we are currently closed"
Do NOT go to this taco bell; they WILL take your money, not give you your food, AND refuse...
Read moreI was having a bad day yesterday and you know the old phrase it only takes one smile? Well there were a few warm smiles. The young lady Renell, who helped me didn't have a fake smile. She seemed really happy to help me even though I committed a few customer faux pa's: Getting to the register without knowing what I wanted, coming back a second time for dessert and the classic spilling of the full glass of soda. She said not to worry and made me feel good even though I was quite the fumble fingers. It's hot and fast. When I got home I reflected on my day and realized that getting Taco Bell had been the highlight of a bad day. Thank you again Renell and the other members of staff for being sweet and treating me sweet even thru my bad day. Place was very clean, food was hot and tasted great. Nacho Tacos - wild.
Went thru the drive-in and it was...
