January 19th of this year i took 2012 Lexus IS in for a window tint and aftermarket dash cams to be installed, along with installing another set of dash cams in a 2022 Kia K5. Upon my arrival there my drivers back window was in working condition. About 1 hr before i picked my car up i got a call saying my window was not rolling down i drove over and checked it since it was working the day before as i always use my windows. Lo and behold it wasnât working (dash cams had already been installed at this point now, so electrical/hard wiring had been done/touched.) So boo my window is dead? I pick my car up drive 2 min home and try to set cameras up but they fail to turn on so i go right back and they somehow make them turn on? (wasnât plugged in?) . itâs good for about 2 weeks and i notice the cameras off , not sure for how long but during this time of the cameras being off my window is back working. I go back have them fix whatever was wrong and then iâm good until March 8th when my car is dead after not being used for 2 days. Itâs been almost 3 weeks now. This saturday March 23 after determining it is not my alternator or battery. i went back to WCC&A asking for them to disconnect my cameras, NOT EVEN ASKING FOR A REFUND OF $200 it cost to install! They gave me the hardest time with the simplest request. Stating my cars windows were not working before i brought it in and my car dying is âweirdâ. My car died in their shop after a total of sitting there for 40mins, i needed to be jumped to go home and after they jumped my car a light was on my dash that iâve never seen before saying âcheck headlight systemâ âŚâŚ now here i am at a mechanic AGAIN running codes trying to see what they did to my headlights. Expect a bill or a lawsuit soon west coast audio. I got the receipts.
Also a worthy mention: i spent $600 on a tint the same day too, my tint had bubbles and dog hairs in them from the moment i brought car home but im so done with this company i didnt even complain bout that when i kept...
   Read moreI went here to get my window tent fixed that they had previously messed up. đ While there I decided to go ahead and get a stereo and four 6 x 9 speakers put in my car (No big deal simple) After waiting close to five hours, all they had done was scrape off my old window tint that they had previously put on and put in the stereo. Keep in mind there was only one other car in the store so itâs not like they were horribly busy. After waiting all day they Set me up with an appointment a week later, which was OK with me because we had to coordinate my work schedule with their openings. My appointment was for at 1 oâclock. It was confirmed two weeks in advance and then on a day of my appointment I get a phone call saying that their window tint guy had a family emergency would be back at 1:30. I was OK with that. It gave me time to get my car washed, but I show up at 1:30 and guess what no window tint guy. I waited until 2 oâclock or so, and was told the guys on his way. This time it only took them three hours to do my windows. My windows were to be tinted the same shade all the way around front and back windows, but they did what they wanted and made the back darker than the front. Thatâs not what I paid for, but it is what I ended up with. I confirmed with the guy that the tent was the same in the front as in the back and he said yes, but I did not notice until the car was in the sun, and I was on my way home. I was talking to the general manager named King and I give this place no stars his negative attitude and demeanor was unprofessional. He made a few racial comments in the direction of Mexican and Hindu people thinking it was a joke(trying to be funny) This general manager king was a poor example of such a company like West coast audio. Everything about him made me change my mind and I went to another audio business. I feel he needs to be trained better on communication skills and proper representation of West coast audio.
