I had booked and paid prior to arrival and they denied me at 2:30 when I had called in to tell them I’d be arriving at that time. They had closed all garage door and were giving us the go around in the parking lot. The shuttle driver was just standing and staring at us and decided to call his sassy boss Jason. The unprofessional scum on the phone was just uttering nonsense and wasting time after confirming my reservation he told us to leave as they were closed. Bro your business says your 24 hours and I had book prior to and had a reservation on top of that your shuttles were still on and the driver was still in the driver seat. Learn to run a business or sell your property to me I would honestly run it better than you could have. this place dosent even deserve one star. wile handaling my luggage one of their employees tossed my bag out of the luggage unloading section of the shuttle and destroyes about 300 dollars worth of my personal items that were not replaceable , that i hade gotten in mexico. when i asked for a manager, a woman came and was terribly rude. she even had the nerve to tell me i should not have trusted them with my luggage, and insted handeled it on my own. worst customer service ever. they never offered anything to us for the destruction, then only said the had a disclosure and didnt have to do anything for the dammage. never use this company ever ever evr. no matter what. my family traveled with a company group of about 400 people and we go every year. trust that not a single one of us will ever use them again. and i will be informing my travel...

Great experience! We had less than a 5 minute wait to get on the shuttle to get to our cruise and the shuttle was there for waiting when we got back. Wayne was our driver on the way back and he was great. Parking is a little expensive but you’re getting indoor parking and a shuttle close to the entrance of the cruise terminal. They also have multiple different plugs for EV charging. Galveston lacks EV charging so this was a plus for us to come back to a fully charged car. Would recommend parking here.
