Okay, so I went to the Dutch Bros off of Chinden Blvd. The address is 5177 W Chinden Blvd, Garden City, ID 83714.
I could not get into the lot and was stuck in the middle lane to turn left into the driveway. Cars were backed up clear to the street; the SECOND LANE WAS NOT BEING USED. It would have made it easier if people were and the employee at the time was not directing them.
In the time frame for me to be able to turn into the lanes (AFTER THE EMPLOYEE STARTED TO DIRECT PEOPLE.) two cars went before me because they were in the street! That was already upsetting enough, two vehicles⊠moreover, it makes it even better the vehicle directly in front of me flipped me off when he was pulling in because I glared and was UPSET over the aspect of not being able to get into line. I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE BUSY and all, but I have seen the second shift do a THOUSAND TIMES BETTER. They can accomplish probably 3x as many cars.
THEN one of the employees brought out the drink to the car in front of me; already I am irritated with the car in front because of flipping me off. Two drinks four stamps AND ONE OF THEIR DRINKS WAS FREE BECAUSE OF STAMPS. Lovely. Not only did they cut in line, but they also got extra stamps! Three extra⊠EVEN with being RUDE.
Then when I finally got my drink the employee working the window, her actions were like âhere leave,â no smile NOTHING. GREAT way to start my day, and then I only got one stamp? WHOOHOO! Moreover, IT GETS BETTER.
When I thought it couldnât get any worse, IT DID⊠finally got out of traffic and down the road and I took a drink, my coffee is not tasting right, even for the 911, it is WAYYY TOO BITTER and just NOT DRINKABLE... I am getting irritated with this store and the aspect of how they are one, never on top of stuff, two, people are rude, and some employees and MY COFFEE IS NEVER CONSISTENT. IT is always a GAMBLE.    Read moreWe are and have been regular customers at the Wildwood and Fairview Dutch Bros in Boise since it first opened. We go in at least 5 days a week, sometimes more. For the most part it has been good and we know many of the staff by name. On Saturday June 4 we stopped with our grandchildren. When informed that the order was wrong instead of correcting it the employee became defensive, rude and loud. When asked for the forgotten drink she started yelling and became accusatory. It got so bad we had to leave the window still missing parts of our order. On Monday when my wife stopped to get her usual this same person was disrespectful and rude. On Wednesday Amber, the store manager told us if we were going to be rude she would ask us not to come back. After hearing the facts she admitted she did not know the whole story. Today Pat, one of the leads told us I was being rude for asking to have my order corrected and it was rude for customers to point out a mistake and ask for their order to be corrected. She said she would stick up for her staff no matter how rude they behaved or how wrong they got a customers order. She continued insulting and accuse me of being rude for having asked to have our Oder corrected. I have been in contact both by phone and email with the corporate office since Saturday. Bottom line is management, especially at this store is more interested in blaming and insulting their customers instead of training and correcting a customer service and employee conduct issue and problem. If they are going to insult loyal long time customers how are they treating first time customers? We have reached out to Dutch Bros and even offered to assist in training to correct this lack of customer care and service issue. As of now no one seems interested in correcting it.    Read moreThis is my favorite Dutch Bros in Boise, Idaho. Such amazing customer service that keeps me coming back everyday. Everyone is so friendly. Kelsey and Alyssa are amazing managers and Alyssa makes a damn good drink. She deserves a promotion for sure. She is always there! And always giving her best!!! There is definitely some baristaâs that stick out in my mind. Angel baby! (Kylan) She is the best! She is such a Queen and she is just the friendliest Angel ever. She deserves a promotion and a raise. She is kind and humble and loves her job. Oh Logan!!! Logan is a Pretty great guy to have on the team. He could also use a nice raise and promotion. He is always smiling!!! Anna âŠwhat a beautiful soul and a sweetheart . Then there is a Special Guy that works there and his name is VICTOR!!!! Victor is definitely an asset to the Dutch brothers company!! He gives the most amazing customer service and makes a delicious drink day after day with a huge smile on his face.I was surprised to find out that he wasnât a shift lead or a manager. It would definitely be a shame to lose Victor. He doesnât let all the greatness get to his head and then decline in his customer service like I have experienced with others. He is always great.
