BEWARE, these people are scammers! I NEVER leave negative reviews or have issues with any businesses I’ve interacted with but this one really took it to a new level. Note that they claim they’ve never had issues with any custom orders, however Meera, the receptionist, told me that they’ve had issues in the past with people complaining about measurements coming in wrong, so I made sure my measurements were perfect. Now story time: I custom ordered a dress that I wanted through them on February 16 for an event I have on April 19. I was quoted $900 for the dress and FREE shipping as a courtesy to me. The dress arrived on March 22, so I went to go try it on. The inspo dress had a slit that I specifically told Meera I wanted closed down to the knee. When I tried on the dress, the slit was all the way up my thigh. Instead of apologizing and offering to fix it, Meera blamed it on the size of my body and said “I should’ve sent bigger sizes because that’s why the slit is so high” I sent them my correct measurements, so there’s no good reason that request would be ignored. Despite being unhappy and being offered a refund in exchange for the dress by Meera, I was desperate for the dress to work at this point as my event was less than a month away. I took the dress to a seamstress to try to close the slit, but while the dress was on my body, BOTH shoulder straps broke (it was not at all tight on my shoulders). So within A HALF HOUR of leaving the store and paying $900 for it, the dress was falling apart. After speaking with Meera and her telling me there’s nothing she can do about it except refund and return the dress, refund me $50 for new straps, or fix the straps for me, I decided to return the dress for a full refund as there’s no reason a $900 dress is falling apart AND I’m having blame placed on me for their cheap work and incorrect measurements. She then let me know she was unable to refund the shipping cost of $113 (which was initially free, according to Meera). I had paid $150 in cash out of the $450 I paid as a deposit, and she told me she was unable to refund me the difference of $150 and $113 due to not having small bills in store. I let it go because I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. Later, I told Meera I remember SHE specifically told me the shipping was free so why are they keeping $150, and she switched her story to say that the cost of shipping was NOT included in the price and that she had “no way of refunding $150 because it was paid in cash”, and that had I paid that $150 through credit card she would have refunded me. Initially her story was she didn’t have small bills, but after I left the store she told me that she couldn’t refund cash (I’m sure they have 100s and 50s in their drawer). I offered for them to refund me through Zelle and they refused. Now, Meera and the owner Esraa are refusing to fully refund me for their cheaply made dress. I am warning you, do not shop here if you’re not getting a dress right off the rack because if they make any adjustments for you, they will be incorrect & they will fully blame you for it without even so much...
Read moreAs soon as I walked in I felt so comfortable, it was very clean and organized. I actually fell in love with the first dress I tried on, but I still looked at others and there was a pretty good variety. The changing rooms have a nice robe hung up for you to wear while looking between trying on dresses which is sweet & thoughtful. The owner helped me with looking while also helping a few other customers simultaneously and did amazing, she was so sweet & enthusiastic, thank...
