I haven't not been physically present in the store since Im in NY. I did pass by them briefly during the time visiting Cali; they were so busy so i didn't bother coming in. Nevertheless I have purchased lot of clothing items from them online. The online checking out system is so friendly using. Also they do have livestream on Facebook account weekly where they will show you all the items in details or requested. I ve been dealing with the staff and Kelly herself for almost two years now. Everyone is so friendly and Kelly even let me exchange a dress that doesn't fit me. Kelly also has her staff chatting with the customers and following up if there is any problem with the purchases which rarely there is any shop doing it.
