ALDI — Local services in Garden View

Only order curbside pickup if you want to wait over half an hour for your groceries to to be brought to you. Could be longer as it’s been 40 minutes and they still haven’t brought them out. Order was ready for over an hour now…..

Update** Only took 56 minutes and me going into the store to notify a worker that I am here for curbside in order to get my order. Granted they said that they cannot refund the curbside pickup fee and had me go back out to my car and pull up to the side door in order to get it my order. I was parked in the curbside pickup parking but I guess that wasn’t good enough. Will never go back to the Aldis on Lycoming Creek Rd ever again. Great prices but one of the cashiers have a really bad attitude and seems really impatient. Very unprofessional. If you don’t like your job especially the jobs where you have to interact with people, choose another job. She has stringy dirty blondish short hair, and always complains. Older white lady. Looks like she’s in her mid 40’s. Very very unprofessional. I did give this store 3 stars because of the pricing of their food and such but updated it to 1 partially because of the professionalism and it’s not there with this particular lady. Hire new cashiers that is willing to work with people and communicate with them and be professional and kind to the people spending their money...

I appreciate the fantastic prices Aldi offers and the location to me is perfect. However, I am disappointed. I had read that Aldi was going to offer 1000 new vegan items to the store. Apparently elsewhere, not here. Very little non dairy options with cheeses, yogurts, ice cream, etc. And not much on the dry goods shelves or frozen foods. Along with vegans there are many people whom cannot eat dairy. You really should consider adding more options...
