WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Purchased furniture on Monday went to pick up Friday and first of all T'Kai didn't even remember who I was or what furniture I purchased. Then couldn't find the bill of sale because, "OOPS! I TOOK IT HOME!" Not sure what the reason would be to take a bill of sale home instead of letting it in the store where it should've been. Then when we drove around back they tried to give us the furniture from the floor instead of new. I was told at this point that most of what they sell is from off of the floor. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!! IF IT IS ON THE FLOOR YOU ARE BUYING USED FURNITURE! EVEN BEDS...DISGUSTING! After telling T'Kai I would not be taking the used furniture because what I bought was new furniture and that I wanted a refund he told me he had to call Nate and ask his permission and I MAY or MAY NOT get a refund. Bad business and after talking to Nate I didn't feel much better about the situation so here's the horrible review I told them I would post. WHOLESALE FURNITURE DOES NOT MEAN USED FURNITURE! Like I told Nate he needs to post a sign that he is selling USED furniture NOT new furniture at a discounted price. ALSO, THE ONLY REASON THIS PLACE GOT 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I HAD TO GIVE THEM AT LEAST 1 TO LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW SHADY THESE PEOPLE ARE. OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE SHADY JUST LIKE I BELIEVE THEY ARE!!!!! After I told Nate I would be posting a horrible review on the business facebook account I was BLOCKED before I could post one. REMEMBER EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS Williamsport USED Furniture not wholesale. Check your purchases people as I was told all sales are floor model (USED) furniture and matresses....

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: Our experience with this store has been horrible. My husband and I bought a set of furniture from the owner and the recliner we bought to the set needed to be ordered. We were told the chair could be 6-8 weeks. The furniture we bought that day that was in stock was to be delivered the following weekend and I had to call several times with no answer until finally someone delivered the furniture. After 10 weeks of waiting for our chair we started calling and got no answer from any phone. We stopped several times and was always told the owner was out. After 4 months with no chair and no response from the owner I showed up very upset and a worker wrote me a rebate check. The owner instantly called back from vacation and said don't cash that check the bank account was closed and he would mail us one from Florida. After two weeks went with no check I stopped again to be told the owner was out and would bring me a check in the next day. I stopped twice the next day and the worker said the owner would be in after three. My husband said but don't you close at three which the worker smirked and said yes. This place is very shady. Beware if you need your furniture ordered. On a side note the same chair we are waiting on is on Amazon and can be delivered in a week. This owner is not a trustworthy person and makes his staff handle the upset customers. The owner said he would hand deliver our check today so we will see if he shows up. My gut says he won't. I will never purchase anything from this...

Originally I’m not from pa and now being in the area for two years this is by far the best furniture store I have walked into! As far as experience goes no hassling sales man no hidden fees no beating around the bush just straight to the point with the sale and the owner will work with you when it comes to time and even will try to help you with the price of a delivery fee, I also would like to say they can not go entirely with marking down on certain sales but they will not let you walk out of the store unhappy. They do have a Facebook with pictures and what you see is exactly what you see in the pictures with rotating premium quality furniture this place will not disappoint! They do have furniture for under 1000 dollars so it does range in all price ranges but honestly if you see a hefty price tag it’s worth every dollar and penny because I rather give my hard working money to a furniture store that the sale only took less then 20 minutes and the owner and his helper even went out the way to bring my king bed into the house and set it up for free! Excuse me for not having a comforter on the bed but I was too excited to show everyone what I got from Williamsport Wholesale Furniture. So if you need new furniture come out...
