My refrigerator is broken and I’m trying to repair it. I called looking for a part and the woman was extremely rude. When I asked her what fridge she recommends because I was looking at Frigidaire or Whirlpool if mine can’t be fixed she stated we only carry whirlpool in a very rude manner. It was obvious she didn’t want to help. If my fridge can’t be repaired I’m most definitely not buying a new one from her. My husband and I just recently built our home and decided that we wanted to support a small family business over a big corporation when purchasing our appliances. The staff was very helpful and friendly when making our selection. My only complaint is when it came to our appliances being installed this could not be completed in a timely manner. I went to Bill's Appliance Center looking for a new hot wire for my baking element on my 1976 Frigidaire in wall oven. Needless to say finding parts for this is very hard and the gentleman working hooked me up with some wire and connectors and didn't even want any money. I asked for some extra connectors just so I could give him five bucks. It was a godsend because I couldn't find what I needed anywhere else. I fixed my oven and with the extra connectors I got my broiler element working again now. I couldn't be happier! I'll be going there to buy any Appliance I need...
