I received a pro club with a string sticking out, and a “wrinkled” neckline. I called pro club and asked them if I can get a new one and they said if I email them I can. When I emailed them they said they can not, and only can accept a return which would still cost me money and a hassle to ship which isn’t worth it for a $5 shirt. They said they also can’t garuntee the style and size I want which is not true because they had white heavyweight t shirts in my size on the website. I’m just frustrated to be honest that they sent me a bad shirt with a defect and can’t send a new one like other companies do.

A really good brand but is impossible to get a wholesale account. I have a pending application I filed 4 years ago. I call to ask about my file and they said no new application because COVID. I have a Retail store and I looking to buy all Pro CLUB Items not only T shirts. I feeling a little discriminated because I know a Korean friend who got his accont in less...
