The shop is located in a small corner that's pretty easy to miss if you don't know what you're looking for. The physical space is very small but it's packed full of parts on display for you to fiddle with and test! All the associates are very cool and had helpful recommendations for me and my friend! They didn't try to upsell us on products or services, they just answered questions we had. We played around with the parts looking for the right feel and noise level. I might have gotten a little distracted watching the twitch stream if Street Fighter 6... but they didn't try to rush me out or anything.

Did you know that silent/quieter parts sold out in record rates during the pandemic? Me neither! When we were ready, we selected the new parts and the pre-built controller. They did the modifications and let us test at a station with Street Fighter 6 on a PS5!

Service is absolutely stellar and the range of products/services they have is immense! I can't recommend these...

I recently ordered a few items here. Items arrived promptly, and they were nicely packaged and labeled. I would definitely keep buying stuff again from them. I was pleasantly surprised when the description said that the LS-56 has a shorter throw than the LS-40 Seimitsu, so I bought them both because I wanted to test this by myself (it's kind of hard to know those things without trying). I watched some youtube videos stating that the LS-40 has the shortest throw in the market, but this is not true. These guys were right. The LS-56 has the shortest throw. The descriptions were very accurate and helpful. I haven't seen such detail anywhere else. I'll be recommending LS-56 from your store for Shmups to other people after this experience. I compete in fighting games sometimes and I really like how accurate and precise this joystick is...

Originally a family plan vacation but when I heard we'll be in the city on a Saturday I pretty much knew I would be visiting the store. After checking into hotel it was a straight shot to the shop and just another reason for me to bring my Obsidian on this trip to get that astro mod. Depending on requests throughout the day modding was quick, there might have been a few people ahead of me but I was in and out of the store in about an 1 1/2 hours and most of the time was just browsing around. The staff was very helpful and any products I asked about they pretty much knew off the top of their heads if they had it or not and when it would be back in stock. Purchasing items from their website is great but if you get a chance nothing beats visiting the store in person. 10/10 visit...
