I wouldn't wish my experience at this car shop on my worst enemy. I reluctantly handed over my car on February 13th, trusting the lead mechanic’s assurance that it would only take a week for the needed repairs. This turned out to be the first of many broken promises.

Communication was virtually non-existent. No updates were forthcoming unless I took the initiative to call and check on the progress of my vehicle. Even then, the updates were vague and left me feeling uneasy about the care my car was receiving.

After two agonizing months of waiting, I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and retrieve my car. I was utterly appalled by what I found. There were loose parts, a gauge pillar installed so incorrectly it looked like a child had done it, and a scratched exterior wrap that made my heart sink. To make matters worse, I discovered a cut wire under the hood. Additionally, the interior of my car, which I had never once smoked in, reeked of stale cigarettes.

When I went to pick up my car, the demeanor of the staff was a sharp contrast to the friendly façade they had initially put on. They were noticeably quiet, evidently aware there was absolutely no work done on my car. Instead of apologizing or even attempting to justify their actions, they were uncommunicative and outwardly rude.

There was no attempt to make amends, no remorse shown for the blatant misuse of my property - just an icy, dismissive attitude. This, coupled with the abysmal state of my car, left me feeling not just disappointed, but utterly disrespected.

But the real kicker came when I discovered a dash cam video of my car, intended for repairs, being used as a personal vehicle by the mechanic. The footage clearly showed my car being driven to an undisclosed home, the mechanic lounging about, essentially taking my car for joy rides.

To add insult to injury, the audio from the dash cam picked up conversations where I, the customer, was being questioned about my knowledge of my own car's sounds and preforms. It was beyond infuriating to hear the audacity of these mechanics, discussing my vehicle as if it were their personal toy. I have several videos documenting these outrageous actions.

This car shop has a clear pattern of biting off more than they can chew, as evidenced by their inability to complete my car's repairs in the promised time frame. It’s obvious they take on a volume of jobs they simply cannot handle effectively, resulting in subpar work and long waiting periods for customers. The lack of regard for their clients’ time is a glaring indication of their mismanagement and unprofessional service. It's a classic case of quantity over quality, leaving customers like me in a state of limbo, waiting for months on a service that was promised to be completed in a week.

I cannot stress enough how much I advise against entrusting this car shop with your vehicle. The utter lack of professionalism, irresponsibility, and downright disrespect shown by the staff is truly appalling. If you truly love your vehicle, yourself the heartache, frustration, and hard-earned money, and take your car anywhere else. I paid $1339 for these problems. Then I was blamed for everything via email by this company and made it like all their wrong doings was my fault. DO NOT TAKE...

Let me start by saying I have worked with dozens of shops over the years, and this has been the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I don’t care how many people have good things to say, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare and I would suggest anyone in need of tuning/programming to go anywhere else.

I initially came to these guys because I needed a junkyard PCM erased and reflashed to my car (computer was a 2021 Charger and I have a 2021 Challenger). After exchanging emails and a few calls, they assured me they could do it and it would be plug and play on my end once I got it back. I sent my computer in, and they had it “done” a week later for $400.

When I got the PCM back I immediately noticed that the vehicle type still said Charger… which seemed concerning but both the original and current VIN were correct for my car so I figured I’d try it. Sure enough, car would run for 2 seconds and die (immobilizer fault).

I called back and spoke with their tuner, and he suggested I send in my BCM and RF Hub so they could recreate the issue on their end. I asked twice if there was going to be any charge and he said no, since the PCM reflash was not successful the error was on their end.

After sending everything in, I got a call a week later that I owed $800 for programming services on my BCM and RF Hub! I was floored and in no way did I authorize any programming on these modules… They then held all my computers at ransom until I paid they with a bank transfer (because they were afraid I’d dispute the charge with my credit card company).

Complete and utter scam. Here I am helpless since this was a mail in order and I can’t just drive there. Consider yourself warned, there are plenty of other good shops (Stage Fabrication and Performance for instance) that can do what these folks do. The only reason I went here was because they claimed they could reflash my used PCM and make it a drop in replacement… of course when all was said and done they clearly can’t.

I was in desperate desperate need for some help on my Challenger Scat pack. car wasn't running right whatsoever and i reached out to facebook groups for help, Rich reached out to me and talked me threw a lot of things. we ended up doing a remote tune and he answered almost immediately to every single text ive sent. i've also asked a million questions and i got the best responses every single time. AMAZING patience these guys have. i was in an urgent rush to get it done as i was leaving for Gatlinburg, once he got my PCM, he worked on it immediately and the same day it was next day shipped to me. literally a life saver! the tunes, he's written completely 100% custom for my car. i'm insanely insanely insanely happy with the experience and the work done. this is the place to go. not to mention the ladies at the front desk answering the phones were very sweet and nice. i live in Ohio, i WISH we had shops like this out here. im beyond happy. they really really know what they are doing. phenomenal work. communication 10/10, work 10/10, knowledge 10/10 , helpfulness 100/10. further edit: My car was so wonky, it wasn't even enjoyable to drive anymore, i dragged driving it because i know what it was doing to the engine. i've never been so happy to drive it. This place freakin works wonders. Even after i have paid them and the work was done, they've still reached out to me, and even answered more of my questions. super super hard to find a shop like this. most shops take your money and they maybe did a mediocre job and they push you away. these guys even after pay was just as awesome as they were from the start. as a pretty big car guy myself, i have a super hard time trusting anybody to work on my cars. give these guys a shot. trust, you won't be...
