Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Hayden

After calling the store numerous times because the delivery feature is disabled due to poor staffing issues, I used online ordering to order a pizza for my son one evening while I was at work at about 7:30 pm. The order went through so I went on about my evening. At 9:30 pm my son calls to say his pizza hasn't come yet. Upon further review, at 9:11 pm they had cancelled my order. I didn't receive a phone call and when I called the next day I was advised that it gotten to be too close to time to close the store and that they couldn't get all the pizzas out before closing time. I gave a bad review by survey and the GM sent me a 25% off email - which I was kind of thinking that wasn't much of a discount for my trouble - my son didn't get dinner the night before - but my response to that email went unanswered. So I tried yesterday to use my 25% off - no one at the store can find the info to give me the discount. I call corporate. They can see the 25% discount but can't understand why the employees can't utilize it. I can wait until the GM comes in several hours later if I want to use the 25% off. I email the GM again and get no response again. At this point I am fed up with the whole situation and I ask others on my Facebook group whether they have had similar issues. LOTS of similar problems and worse were revealed. The GM requests to join my group and I accept, anticipating an apology or excuse or something to which she responds that she didn't know anything about it - after I had gotten an email with her signature at the bottom. So - I will never order pizza from them again. If you want good pizza, go to Marco's in Cullman. It's well worth the 25 min drive. Best pizza I've ever had and they have a drive through window...

I read bad reviews for here and I'm not sure why!..but we have ordered here (and drive out of the way to this specific location) because the pizza/other food choices have always been wonderful! We eat here at least once every week or two weeks! Ive never had to wait on our food! It's always correct and perfect, as ordered. The employees are always friendly and welcome you as you come in the door and use proper employee statements as you leave! We are very grateful for Hayden/Warrior Papa John's! Best pizza around for this town! =) I enjoy papa John's all around because their app offers great options for promo codes, and points for free items! We've ate for free here several times! If you're calling in your order & having issues, try ordering on the app, maybe that's the issue? They are still fairly new, but that hasn't dampened our experience at all! Delicious pizza as well as wings, cookies, and even pasta. You go ahead and make a big order for some pizza, as well as one of those delicious cookies, "add to cart". "Confirm order." You see the estimated time, "25-35 minutes". "Huh, that's way faster than usual for a Friday night." Then your heart sinks as your eye falls upon the word, "Carryout". What have you gotten yourself into? Carryout? What year is it, 1793? You never would have went through with it if you knew you would have to leave your troglodyte den and venture out into the wide, cruel world. But the deed has been done.
