RDS Mobile Home Supply — Local services in Hayden

Stopped here the other day for a couple windows, hail storm won that battle. I called the mobile home supply stores in Ashville, Albertville, Decatur and Huntsville as well as RDS in Warrior. RDS and the place in Huntsville were the only two who had both windows in stock. RDS beat everybody's prices. On one window by only 5 bucks but the other by $17.50. The owner took the time while on the phone to find a ladder to climb up and give me prices before I went there. Other places told me "they run about this or that price." The owner was also extremely friendly and helpful, from recommending the best way to seal these windows to how to use the sealer. Also, he owns a trailer park beside the business and does rent them out. I'm sure this is where he has learned so much about fixing various different things on mobile homes. Purchased a washer, dryer, door and locks. The door the owner recommended did not fit. Took the door back and was charged a restock fee. The owner yelled, cussed me out then went into his office and locked his door. He is blessed for Shane and Randy to be such wonderful business men and exceptional people. His son made a fair deal and acknowledged the sign regarding the restock notice had been covered upa and not visible to customers. The owner was rude on both visits.
