Please read I loved the greeting... "What's up, what do we got"! Hand clap with fast scissor back & forth. Store is highly cluttered & jam packed! I simply requested for a firm seat, a larger accent chair. Gentlemans response was to "try them all for comfort & let me know". I excepted to be at least shown 1-2 that may fit the criteria I asked for. He did not follow us around, which I will say I liked that. I just felt more questions he could have asked but were a missed opportunity. Now, I may come back with the wife I certainly have not decided on that yet.

I told him right away when I got there that I was just going to look around and not buy anything and he let me do my thing, and then later answered a bunch of questions for me. When I came back today to buy my couch he was perfectly happy to let me just sit in it for like 30 minutes to make sure it would work for me. Really helpful, and most importantly not pushy in the slightest, unlike some furniture companies in town who are still calling me after making one stop there and buying nothing.
