Used to be great. My last 2 visits have made me never want to go back. Went last week through drive thru. They put all meals, including kids meal, into one bag. When I got home I opened the bag and there was cheese sauce all over everything. I should have checked it before I left, especially when the girl came out with 3 customers orders hugged to her chest. I was in a hurry, but come on now. I was also missing part of my order. Must not have been able to fit it into that one bag, smh. I called and talked to management and she seemed to want to push a gift certificate or voucher of some sort on me but my daughter's food was ruined and this was dinner. Asked to come get replacements and the rest of my food. Came up and got it. I was giving them a break on that one. They are always busy and people make mistakes. Today though when I got home and looked at my pretzel bites (pictured) I decided that I was done going here for now. Burnt and hard as a rock. And the sizes? Someone actually packaged that up and decided that this was the quality of food that was acceptable to give to a customer. Pretty sure, but not 100%, that this was a Manager who packaged my food. Managers carry the keys right? Anyways, just disappointed all around. I gave 2 stars in hopes that things will come around. Paying higher wages apparently doesn't bring in quality employees. Seems like they're just looking for bodies to fill the rolls at this point. I know y'all are...
Read moreThis culvers main manager, "says" to busy to help a customer. we asked to place a shrimp dinner in another bag so its not with the main food due to serious allergies, and they put it in same bag then separated it after already mixing it saying too bad its already made, Then hand it right back out to us after "adamantly' , saying there are serious allergies to shellfish at the window and order speaker. also asked for a root beer and mountain dew and they say we are to busy to add anything and that pull around this was all before we paid. Then manager says we are short handed and if you want better service you may put in application and get better service. there was a lady taking cash that was awesome and agreed to help when shut down by manager and told us to pull around and re order. but the management definitely lost loyal customers with our only $30 dollar order and instead of making the money on the 2 extra sodas we wanted, we end up having to buy them elsewhere and they lost that because they have 0 customer service skills. i worked in fast food and serve safe certified and you are not suppose to mix allergy food.. but apparently this management don't have or understand or care for people with food allergies... IF I COULD GIVE 0...
Read moreStopped in around 1:30 on Presidents’ Day because McGees was closed down the road. After we ate, I took my young daughter to the restroom and the door was locked in the single stall men’s room. We waited patently against the wall. Male employee comes out of the locked door and directly leaves the bathroom. Was he using the restroom, hiding for a moment, cleaning it, adjusting his shirt? I don’t know, but he didn’t wash his hands! Did he wash them back at the work station behind the counter? This customer doesn’t know! Anyways, stopped to get the scoop that’s included with the kids meal before we left, asked for it to go in a bowl and luckily I did because the employee from the bathroom was reloading the ice cream (sorry frozen custard) cone holder on the wall touching every single cone without gloves on! I’ve never had an issue with Culver’s and I’m not looking for a response or coupon for discounted or free food. Just please address the importance of working in the food business and washing your hands in...
