I want to share my experience with El Rancho Supermarket, and especially highlight the amazing atmosphere and customer service you’ll find there. This place has become one of my favorite spots for weekly grocery shopping for many great reasons.
From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm, clean, and well-organized environment filled with fresh products. The store is neatly divided into sections for produce, meats, bakery, pantry items, and a wide selection of traditional Mexican and Latin American goods. It truly feels like a piece of home in every aisle.
One of the things I value most about El Rancho is its huge variety of Latin products, especially Mexican staples. You can find everything from freshly made tortillas, sweet bread (pan dulce), tamales, to dried chiles, authentic spices, and items you won’t find in typical supermarkets. Their butcher shop and bakery are outstanding, always offering quality and traditional flavor.
I also want to recognize the dedication and service of the employees, especially Alexander, who works there. I know how much effort he puts in every day to keep the store running smoothly, maintaining cleanliness, helping customers with respect, and making sure people find what they need. Alexander and his coworkers show professionalism, kindness, and commitment that truly make a difference.
The prices are fair, and there are often great deals and promotions. I also love how the store celebrates cultural traditions by decorating for important dates like Día de Muertos, Christmas, and Independence Day. There’s a strong sense of community and pride.
In summary, El Rancho is more than just a supermarket — it’s a place where tradition, service, and quality come together. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic products, freshness, and friendly service. And if you stop by, be sure to say hi to Alexander, one of the best...
Read moreI rarely shop anywhere but Walmart because I do order pickups, but this was the closest supermarket that was open on Christmas Day. I made two trips (one because I had forgotten to get soft drinks for our guests, and one because I was buying things for a sick guest).
They had plenty of customers, but they had everything I needed, got us checked out efficiently, and were polite and patient when I asked for ice, and then had to grab a cart to take everything to my car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
They were open on Christmas Day, but had reduced shopping hours for their employees, so I didn't feel as bad for them working....
Read moreI shop their sales often. I know they want to keep a steady stream of customers so they will have super special deals on certain days of the week. That would be fine if I lived closer but I miss a lot because I can't get there that often. I feel like their regular prices are higher than some other places, however. A couple of other things is that some of the employees speak very limited English and sometimes the sale price does not show when an item is rung up so you need to pay attention. They do have great sales and that's why I...
