Crazy Hot Deals — Local services in Garland

We visited this store after my husband saw their video in his Facebook feed. It was a lot of hype but our experience was a flop. It's hit or miss on what you find. Boxes are not labeled or without enough information to figure out what is inside. They don't allow the boxes to be opened but they do have an opening station if you're patient enough to wait in line. Some customers have opened and dropped boxes in the bins so items are incomplete or scattered around, some are just plan dud items. I did find a garden seed warming mat which was great and a seasonal welcome sign after scanning a bar code with my Amazon APP to figure out what was inside. Upon checkout my items were rung up and taxes added. I didn't have cash for payment so an additional 4% fee was added to my transaction. This place did have some good deals and they have daily deals with Friday being $8 for everything that's in their bins. $8 does EXCLUDE bigger ticket items, and named brand perfumes, although their perfumes are around 50% or more off with names such as Dior, Channel and Versace. The bins are a mish mash of things and are somewhat chaotic to pick through as none of the bins have any rhyme or reason and a lot of things are in boxes that you must take to the front for them to open for you to even see what it is or looks like. It was fun and I might go back on $1 day, or another day cheaper than $8 because some of the items for $8...

A lady working there was rude! It was my 1st time going there, and she was throwing things around people, it was super uncomfortable and she didn't bother to say excuse me. She just didn't care that people were shopping and digging to look for things. She almost pushed me over and walked away. I won't be going there because they way they treat customer is outrageous. Very disappointed. I wish Allen store was never closed they were super nice.
