Taquería Nuevo León — Restaurant in Garland

Menudo with a Surprise! I ordered menudo from this restaurant on Uber Eats and got a container with a little bit of tripe and half a container of what looks like teeth. I didn’t order pigs feet and have no idea what this is - it looked gross so didn’t eat it. I also ordered a barbacoa taco and either they didn’t send it or the Uber guy ate it. Lastly, when I called this Mexican restaurant, I asked what happened to the pozole, the woman on the phone said she is not from Mexico and didn’t know what pozole was then hung up. Rude! Definitely never ordering from here ever again, Who knows what other surprises they will have in their food. Maybe a report to the health inspector...

I ordered by phone, got there 10 min early paid my food and waited inside. People came and left and nothing. The cashiers kept looking at me. 35min passed and I went up and asked if my order was ready. The cashier pushed the bag that was sitting on the counter to me and said that was my order. My name was never called out or anything. Yet when the people before me got their food taken to them directly. Very very disappointed. The food was cold when I got home. The potatoes were raw. The pirata tacos are not served with avocados like they do in Linares.I called to speak with a manager and they kept hanging up the phone. Very rude cashiers. Especially...

Annoyed and upset! We eat here and buy to go here often but today was just upsetting with the wait time. We were told there would be a wait. I asked "how long?" . 20 minutes they said...I see others getting their order before us and I don't say anything. Trying to be understanding. Well 45..50!! minutes later we finally got our order! Just to find out when we got home that they didn't label the hamburgers as requested. I asked for 2 burgers. One without Mayo and one with. The "No mayo" as my nephew has a severe egg Allergy.
