I took my Samsung phone here to fix the screen. Guy told me it will be $65 so I paid and he gave me the phone seemingly in working order. When I actually started using the phone I realized the screen was glitching and wasnāt actually flush in the phone. I said ok Iāll take it back later in the week since this is a little ways from my home. I put it in a drawer and didnāt think about it again. Then I go to charge it and the screen pops offs. I try to push it back down wiggle it a little you know just trying to figure out what happened and I decide Iām just going to leave it alone and take it back to the guy. So I take it back now only 5 days later and he says how did you break it. I said I didnāt break it the screen popped off I donāt know how that happened. He said well you must have broken it or dropped it because itās missing the button and the screen is off. Now the screen is off but it is not shattered or anything. It just popped off. And he says I can fix it but it will cost $30 and it wonāt have a home button. I said why canāt you fix it for free. The screen you replaced popped off I didnāt drop and break it and it was less than a week ago. You charged me $65 plus tax and Iām not going to pay another $30 when this obviously something wrong with the screen or the way it was installed. Then he said oh no the screen was fine you broke it and I said how could I have broken it when the screen is completely intact and itās just popped off. I didnāt do that it wasnāt installed correctly when you āfixedā it. He insisted there was nothing wrong with the screen or the way he installed it but the screen is literally intact and just popped off. Do not do not do not take your Samsung phones here. The day after, while using my phone, I noticed a white dot on the bottom screen. Went back the Saturday after, exactly one week after the repair. The technician Harris didnāt know what to do. He said my phone is old and I must have push the screen too hard. I decided to leave and he came back out telling me to re enter the store. He opens the phone, and while the screen isnāt mounted on the phone⦠it works perfectly fine. Heās the one the mounted the screen causing that dot. He doesnāt know how to fix the problem and asks me to come back the next day when the owner is in. Drove another 20 mins, third time, and the owner was not there. Asked my money back and he refused. Very rude and unprofessional. I left and will never be back! REPLY TO MR. MAZHAR (owner): You absolutely did not sound sorry for my inconvenience when, on speaker through your employee Harrisā phone, offered me to put back a broken screen on my phone. You told your employee yesterday youāll be in store today. And told him to ask me to come back today so you could fix my phone. You werenāt there. I advise you to train your employee and take responsibilities over their mistakes. Run your store in person instead of writing lies under bad reviews. I flew out on Oct 2nd and on Oct 5th as I was in my hotel room I went to pick up my iPad by the edge and the slightest pressure caused it to crack!! I just got home not to long ago & today I informed them that my screen had indeed cracked. Here's why I called them. When I got the screen repaired they told me "if it messes up within 30 days without you dropping it or falling we WILL Fix it for FREE" so I called them and they said " Well we can fix it for $50! I say why do I have to pay when it hasn't been 30 days?! I didn't drop it and it didn't fall I simply picked it up & it cracked! He then gives the phone to the "iPad spealist"š he then tells me the same mess. And I told him the glass must be cheap & thin! He says no no no! it's the same glass. I say well if it's the same then how did it break? He has the nerve to say " idk may be the pressure? At this point I'm fed up with him & his partner they refuse to fix their mistake! LISTEN cheap & good doesn't go together! They're super cheap but the quality is bad. This glass is thin and fragile. Even the work on the actual edges the iPad is a bit sloppy because there was glue residue along the edge of my iPad when I picked it up! Save you $60.00 And go somewhere honest & reputable!!
