Ladies stay really far from this business. They charge you above the sales tax they should only be charging. As customers we are paying on our receipts Texas State Tax, Garland City Tax, and Dallas MTA transit all when we drive in our vehicles physically to the store. I am sharing this because I had a very poor experience in this store where the store kept both my product and money. Horrible business practice. I had to go and buy a faja at another store for my event this past Saturday. The owner can care less about your needs as a customer. Stay far from this store it is not worth losing your hard earned money for.....Update The response is not to scale on how everything happened and another thing the age of your daughter in the owners text message to me is different from the age mentioned here how can the owner forget their child's age? At this point the story is not to scale to your response and neither is the order on how all occurred. How can one believe the owner will be there when asked to go back to the store a 3rd time? Not wasting gas for a 3rd trip to the store and the owner leave again before I get there...make it right with your customer as the man mentioned on the phone he would before I went out there quickly as asked and found him no longer there this is how he got my phone to text and call me later while driving home and after I waited outside in my car for him for a while and by the way my receipt does have all those charges broken down...Texas comptroller website says you can only charge sales tax. The owners did not go through a lot they still have the faja and the money for it because their employee could not do any inspect and returns like the owner said by phone he would. My event was Saturday 4 May when I was going to use a product from this store that fit. I had to buy at another store one that did fit so I the customer should not have gone through all I did with this store. my only complaint is i was not told sales were final until after i paid. this is a little upsetting to me because i only got to wear it for a few hours after purchasing it, so i couldnāt really truly tell how it fit. the next day, i wore it for around 7hrs, and my hip bones are kind of bruised and hurt to touch. i think the waist trainer is ever-so-slightly too long for my torso, and it sits right on my hip bones
itās kind of upsetting that i canāt return it, because iām not sure how much iāll actually be able to use it due to it sitting directly on my hip bones, and the fact it was $90. but this also might just be the fact iāve never worn one before!
