These guys are THE BEST! We were referred here from a family friend and Evan was incredibly helpful. My fiancée's engagement ring broke 1 week before we were making a big move from Texas to Arizona (the diamond cracked!), and the original jeweler was 0 help.

We called Evan on Tuesday, and by the weekend he had sourced several beautiful replacement stones for us to choose from. He also matched our ring / setting perfectly, and already had the style in advanced of our appointment (we communicated via text and sent him a picture of the original ring).

The best part was that Noble has all of their custom jewelry making equipment on-site, and within 30 min of selecting a new diamond and asking to make the ring thinner, the jeweler had set the diamond and customize the ring perfectly!!! Incredible customer service, and very reasonable pricing for the quality of the stone / speedy turnaround time (especially considering that the original ring took 4 weeks to set/size). In the meantime, Evan showed us the huge watch collection in the store, and was so hospitable.

No stress, no pressure! An easy and happy over the phone sales process is what I received from Tuyen at Noble Fine Jewelry. As a Rolex enthusiast, I've been looking for a specific model and as soon as I got to know about Noble through FB, I called and spoke with Tuyen. Within minutes she replied and send me samples per my request. We talked on Thursday, I saw the one that I like, send her my payment and received my new Rolex via Fedex to my front door on Friday, the very next day. I was super impressed with her delivery commitment and I am very happy and will continue to work with Tuyen for all future jewelry...

Noble has a very clean layout, large inventory, and very professional staff that were more than willing to help.

I went in to Noble to verify if an AP that was missing box and papers was legitimate or not. I already had a first opinion from a very reputable store in Highland Park that the AP was, in fact, real. However, the people at Noble had four or five people looking through the various differences in the watch and determined that it was fake, which ended up being correct after taking it to an AP service center. I trust the people here far more after this and will gladly continue shopping here...
