I wish I couldnât even give them a star for this SORRY A** store. They refused to do a refund or exchange even after noticing the packaging was mislabeled and was not the true curl I needed. I was given the run around by one employee and a so called manager from the hotline number provided .. The âmanagerâ told me the young ladies would work with me only to turn around and say AFTER I had to call back a SECOND time they canât exchange at this moment .. I was then given another âmanagerâ number who refused to answer her phone. I provided a receipt and everything but bc it was a picture and not the actual receipt one was bought 4/13 and another 3/27 they refused to help & to top it off the lashes werenât even used yet. Even after I was told that theyâve had SEVERAL COMPLAINTS by another employee about the packaging being mislabeled you would think they would be more accommodating .. the girl at the front couldnât even state what the policy was. One minute it was past 30 days (when in reality the 4/13 purchase hasnât even been 30 days since bought) the next it was a 15 day policy like girl which one is it .. She was very rude unprofessional, unaccommodating & wouldnât even look me in my eyes the entire time. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUY FROM HERE. The service is PISS POOR. How do they expect to continue to take our money but canât accommodate their customers when needed and CLEARLY SEE ITS THEIR MESS UP. I USE to love this store but they DEFINITELY LOST A LOYAL CLIENT. I went into this store with a lot of questions and Miriam was extremely helpful, patient as well as polite. She gave me several suggestions to start with. I had most of the items in my Amazon Prime Cart for a bit less because I really needed basic supplies to practice on a mannequin a few times. I bought every item she suggested because of her outstanding customer service and knowledge. I canât tell you how many times as a cosmologist that Iâve asked questions at a beauty wholesaler or supplier to have them look at me blankly and tell me that they didnât know. Miriam made the experience so easy and Iâll definitely be back. I highly recommend this place. They have everything you need to set up a small lash extension buisness.
