Had a fine experience. Was a long wait as there were about a dozen folks ahead of me. But per my obervations, all 3 people behind the counter were working quickly. It's not their fault when inconsiderate people don't read the clear signs that say, "fill out your forms before reaching the counter". Do your research ahead of time, fill out your paperwork ahead of time, call ahead and ask questions, make sure you got your stuff in order. Be responsible and you won't have issues. Very happy with the experience last week for registering a lifetime kayak with the trolling motor. After reviewing previous comments here, I have filled the forms, and brought kayak receipt years ago, of course cash and check. Good to know that no need for trolling motor registration.
