This location is terrible! The WORST I’ve ever been to. I’m a former Jack in the Box worker from Wylie for 5 years. I know everything there is to know. EVERY SINGLE THING about this location was terrible! I’m a Hispanic so I can say what I will. This Hispanic man took my order, VERY confused about his own menu. Broken English! Didn’t know anything about anything! He didn’t know how to substitute a drink on the munchie meal. He didn’t know what a creamacino is! He didn’t know I could get a sandwich separate and NOT a meal! I sat at the menu for 10-15 minutes I’m not exaggerating for this man to get my order correct! I had to direct him on what buttons to press! FINALLY he gets the order correct after telling me I can’t do this and can’t do that, when I KNOW I can! We get to the window and he repeats the order, he didn’t make 1 of my drinks large so I corrected him. He charges me and gives me my food and drinks. IT TOOK HIM 20 minutes! How?! He forgets my Coke Zero, and I had already left before realizing it. I get home to eat, and all my family agrees, the tacos were old, cold, and soggy. The fries were cold af! Absolutely disgusting! The drinks were not made right, too much iced coffee! Teach your worker’s the right portions!!!!!! All 3 sandwiches were cold, the beef had clearly been sitting out all morning since lunch time. And my chick-n-taters were also cold, the crossiant wasn’t even put to toast and warm up, I could tell because not only was it FREEZING, but it wasn’t even browned like it’s supposed to be! The chicken patties were hard! And the hash brown was sitting out since breakfast because they were INCREDIBLY SOGGY! I tried calling and NO ONE PICKED UP! I called 6 times! Each rang for at least 2 minutes straight! They never gave me a receipt and I’m sure they do this on purpose so people can’t review their location straight to corporate. Read moreThis Jack In The Box never answer the phone. No matter what day or time you call. On 10/04/2021 I wanted a good hot meal from Jack in the Box. Usually, I don’t eat hamburgers but fried chicken (fast food). I went through the drive-thru to place my order. I realized the worker couldn’t understand me and I definitely couldn’t understand her. I specified what I wanted several times. Going in circles repeating myself. I asked her to drive up to the window. She said NO. Gosh, that should’ve been my signal or red flag to leave (drive off). However, I drove up to the window to pay for my order. I was so disappointed when I received my meal. I specifically told her two orders of number seven. But, because of her ignorance and being controlling she only gave me one number seven. I will never go back to that Jack In The Box. That wasn’t the first time I went to this particular location. What a waste of money and waste of time. Over the time of me going there it’s always something with them. Their character stink and they never smile. Read moreThe food is typically fine but the service is lacking every single time I go here and get tacos they never give me taco sauce even if I order on the app and put taco sauce in there they never give it to me I have to remind them multiple times to put taco sauce in the bag and it's ridiculous if someone order tacos just automatically put a handful of taco sauce in the bag even if they don't ask for it I'm sick of not getting sauce when I ask for it and it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL just do better pay attention and ask if the customer would like sauce or not also ordered chicken teriyaki bowl on the app requested extra sauce since they stopped giving the packets of teriyaki and I didn't get my extra sauce so I have a dry steaming pile of dog crap for a teriyaki bowl since they can't seem to pay attention to customer requests bring back packets of teriyaki sauce please I don't want to rely on someone who doesn't care about their job or the customer to give me what I ask for I work in the food industry to and I never have complaints about missing items because I've taught my employees to pay attention and always...
