This is the worst Golden Chick on the planet.
This is not the problem: We spend 80 plus dollars and I get all the way home and we're missing side items and some of our rolls.
We ordered at this particular restaurant because it's what my daughter wanted for her 7th birthday. We had all sorts of family over. That's why we spent over $80.
This is the problem: My wife sent me back for the stuff that was missing. She called and talked to the manager so they knew I was coming. The girl at the counter argued that she put the order together and she did it right. I explained that my wife called and she said who did you talk to. I said I don't know who she spoke to... my wife called. With an attitude she says well if you don't know who she talked to then she didn't call. She then accused me of trying to steal extra food.
Now let's use common sense here, if that was the case when I spent over $80, would I be asking for two sides and an order of rolls? Or do I be asking for real food?
Before the manager could get involved a shouting match occurred.
After the manager got involved they started getting my missing food. The whole time they were doing that, this girl had stepped away from the counter but was within plain sight and was mocking me. I took offence to this and spoke up. In she started doing worse. She actually tried to pick a fight.
I have witnesses to this because my brother-in-law was with me. Literally this girl was trying to start a fight.
It got bad enough that the manager gave me the general manager's cell phone number... On her night off!! I called in the general manager answered.
She acted like she was appalled at what happened. She spoke like she was very concerned about the fact that this employee intentionally escalated the situation multiple times. She even claimed that she was going to reach out to her district manager.
She has my direct phone number and contact information.
So rather than posting that night I figured I'd give them time to see if they wanted the respond to the situation. I wanted to give them a real chance before posting a one-star review.
It has been a few weeks now and I have not heard anything since. Avoid this restaurant...

[Editing review to reflect]: while the girl was pleasant in the drive thru she failed to comprehend or understand what I ordered. I asked for 2 pieces of chicken and when I asked for baked she said they didn't have any and then she charged me $1.00 extra for the baked breast she told me she did not have.
To the owner: you also have English speaking customers that deserve to get what they ask for prepared correctly as well as what they paid for. My order was not taken over speaker but in person at the window face to face. I specifically said 2 legs. I did not get what I paid for and plan to seek a full refund.
Sadly, I'm giving it 1 star only because I just paid $13 + $1 upcharge for 1/2 & 1/2 on 2 legs of chicken and 2 sides NO DRINK.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND WASTING MONEY ON BEING RIPPED OFF.
I await a reply from the owner as to how 2 legs and 2 sides are now valued at $14.00?
I'll wait.
Last time supporting this local business.
While the green beans, shrimp and roll were amazing, I really like to get the meat/protein I asked for.
