EDIT: DON'T GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! ESPECIALLY IF IT'S FOR YOUR MOTHER'S FUNERAL! If I could give this place no stars I would. I received a response from the business to email them about what happened. I sent them an email on July 15th. It has been a month and I haven't received a response. So, not only were they late and interrupted my mother's memorial, the owner was rude when I went by there, and now they just ignore you after asking you to contact them. Horrible customer service and business practices.

I am incredibly disappointed with the behavior and rudeness exhibited from the owner of this florist. I ordered a Bamboo Cross Spray for my Mother's Memorial Service. We were told it would be delivered an hour before the Memorial started. When I arrived it wasn't there. My husband tried to call and couldn't get an answer. At that point, I couldn't do anything as the memorial had started. Halfway through, the Memorial is interrupted with them bringing in the spray. I was heartsick and embarrassed that they would interrupt my mother's memorial in this way. Afterwards, we went to the florist and the girl working in the front as well as the floral designer were both surprised that it had been delivered late and both wanted to do something to make it right. The designer called the owner who was rude to her on the phone and then spoke with my husband and was beyond rude and inconsiderate to him as well. I was requesting at least 50% refund (though I have been told by a family member who used to own a florist that I should have been given a full refund) - but the owner didn't even want to give a 50% refund and was trying to insist we bring the cross back. He was incredibly rude and offensive especially considering I had just lost my mother. The only redeeming thing about this establishment is the designer. She was very sweet and felt horrible about the situation. I will also say that the spray she made was beautifully done. I'm leaving this review in anticipation of the bouquet I ordered this evening for my mother, to be delivered Friday, May 10th, 2024. This is my 1st time using this florist, as I live on the coast of NC. I'm REALLY REALLY hopeful that come Friday my mom calls and is WOWED!!!🙏🏻🤞🏻 I've read thru many of the more recent reviews and see there's a new owner for this establishment and she has been diligent in trying to make past transgressions right and I commend her for that!! It also gives me a bit of relief that my mom's flowers will be everything and more than expected!!! She has recently gotten over pneumonia and deserves to feel loved!❤️🩷💜 I'll update my review after delivery. *UPDATE TO OG REVIEW: 5/10/24: The flowers were delivered on time and she LOVED them!! She called me immediately to thank me and tell me the funny story of when the delivery driver pulled up and her thinking it was for the assistant in the office, lol, only for the assistant to read to her the beginning of the card: To the Bestest momma in the world...🤣 so she was definitely surprised and felt loved, which was my entire intention! Thank you for exceeding my expectations. Thursday the day before Valentine's Day I placed and order for a bouquet to be delivered on Friday. My wife was hospitalized, we were expecting her be discharged on Friday. I was preparing to visit her before I went to work. She called to inform me that they were going to discharge her that morning. I called back to see if I could get the flowers delivered that day. They said they would try. Off I went to retrieve my wife. When we arrived home, around two hours later, the flowers had already been delivered. I was able to hide them before my wife saw them. After I got her inside and settled in the recliner I brought the flowers inside. The next time she got up there were flowers on the table. She let out a little squeal of delight. The bouquet was beautiful and more than made her day. My only wish was that I had taken a picture to add to the review. Thanks again to everyone involved.
