I was introduced to this place about a year ago by a good friend and now visit two or three times a month, to buy and to donate. Have found some great items for the house, as gifts, and to wear. Found a beautiful hand knit sweater for only 13 bucks! (Looked new and would easily have cost over two hundred in a boutique or department store.) Mostly prices are comparable to other thrift stores...overall I think they average a little lower. I have noticed different clerks can mark similar items very differently. But it is a thrift store so I'm not going to quibble over a buck or two. Also they regularly mark stuff down....you can get CDs for 10 cents and books for 50...
Read moreThe prices have went up tremendously compared to other local thrift stores in the garner area since the new manager has taken over. Also, let me add that I have been a loyal customer ever since they moved to this location several years ago. I have found that I like to shop there due to the fact that it's a nonprofit organization and it goes to a good cause. But, if the prices continue to rise they will loose alot of their fan base.
