It unfortunately seems as though this management team is strategic on who they want living in their building or these reviews ar just downright fake. I’ve had the same experience as some of the others listed here - absolutely poor communication with the leasing team. I tried reaching out via email and received extremely delayed and weird responses at one point I wasn’t sure if charger was responding because the person asked me the same set of questions back to back. When I finally thought I was able to set up a tour, I was ghosted. I then called, had a realtor call, emailed, had a realtor email and literally nothing. I wouldn’t be surprised if the “tenants” that are leaving these amazing reviews are also bots at this point. We called several times to receive an update on our application that we filled out and now we check the application only to see that the application was cancelled with no explanation as to why. Some form of communication from the property leasing team during this process would have been nice and removing the apartment once an application goes in and is accepted would be nice considering the application fees are non-refundable.
